Prime FDC Philosophies
In possession
- Play out from the back using width and depth to create space.
- Use a high tempo of passing to stretch opposition.
- Positive counter attacking at speeds playing through the thirds.
- Encourage creative attacking in the final third.

Out of Possession
- Restrict space with a rigid and compact shape.
- In own half, be industrious in winning the ball back within the rules of the game.
- Make the right defensive decisions in a high tempo/competitive environment.
- Understand your team/unit/individual role and how this fits into the defensive phase.
Our Code of Conduct for Prime Football

Players
- All players to wear non-marking futsal/sports shoes
- To turn up in full Prime kit 10 minutes before the start of training, or 30 minutes before games
- Not to use foul or abusive language at any time
- To accept responsibility for all fouls and not to talk back to referees or coaches
- Not to retaliate against any foul
- To shake referees and opponents by the hand at the end of the game, regardless of the match result
- To only use encouragement during sessions with our fellow players
- To always listen to the coaches when they are giving instructions or leading group discussions
- To understand the importance of sleep and follow a good diet to assist a healthy physical lifestyle
- To develop a love of learning in all aspects of life, and always behave appropriately

Coaches
- To always be the first to training sessions & the last to leave
- Always use a positive manner and appropriate language/behavior
- Understand both players’ potential and limitations and support them with both
- Be approachable for parents to contact and interact
- Constantly ask for players’ feedback to ensure all sessions are fun, understood, and relevant

Parents
- Ensure that all players arrive on time (10 minutes early) with adequate water and in full Prime kit
- Payments are made for the whole term in advance of the first session joined
- No refunds will be made for sessions missed except in the case of club cancellations
- Sessions will run in all weather conditions except for heavy rain and lightning
- To monitor and support the players and coaching staff with their own Codes of Conduct
- Always use a positive manner and appropriate language/behavior
- Allow coaches to do their jobs and players to learn through their own trial and error without issuing commands from the side, any issues should be addressed calmly at the end of the session/game
